I do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, bank details, or any financial account data through this site.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you requested.
• To prepare a Comparative Market Analysis or property recommendations if you requested one.

How Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are transmitted securely over HTTPS and delivered to my business email via Resend, a transactional email service. A copy of recent submissions is also kept in a private admin dashboard (browser-based local storage) that only I can access.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of its normal operation.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party services that process your form submissions are:

• Vercel — hosting and request delivery.
• Resend — email delivery from the website to my inbox.

External links on this site (such as listing search tools or the Information About Brokerage Services form hosted on Google Drive) are governed by their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.

Cookies & Analytics

This site does not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools at this time. A small amount of browser local storage is used to keep track of leads inside my private admin dashboard — this data stays in your browser only if you are the site owner logging in, and is never shared with visitors.

Your Rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other applicable laws, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
